Howlin' Gale Dragons strives to breed wonderful and healthy Bearded dragons, we want you are customer to be happy with the purchase of your new pet or future breeder. We do are best to educate new Owners in how to take proper care of their dragons before arrival and strive to continue to thrill returning customers with beautiful dragons.

We try our best to make sure you are 100% Satisfied with your new Dragon we offer several guarantees to ensure this. All of our dragons come with the following Guarantees Listed below.

Live Arrival – If the worse may occur and the dragons arrives DOA we will either refund your money minus shipping or replace the dragon. If a dragon dose come DOA please do not dispose of it we will need picture proof of this. Several things may voice this Guarantee though If you are not home to take delivery of the package this is void so please be sure you will there so nothing will happen to your new pet. If a package is delayed or lost in shipment we can not be held responsible we will do our best to work with you if this happens and work with the shipping company.

Health Guarantee – We offer a 24 hour health Guarantee on all Reptiles; if upon arrival or with in the 24 hour period something dose not seem right please contact us right away. If it turns out there is something wrong with the dragon we will do out best to help you with this situation or have you ship the dragon back to us (at your cost) and we will replace the dragon.

Satisfaction Guarantee – If for some reason you are not happy with your dragon please contact us right away this Guarantee is good for 12 Hours. There are few things we can not Guarantee though; one being Color as stress and shedding can cause this to change we do our best to take pictures and give written descriptions of the reptile. We also do not Guarantee a dragon will breed as most dragons we sell are sold long before they are of age many things over time can effect a dragons ability to successfully reproduce.
